I have a 95 phazer II LE, all stock, clutches clean and in good shape, carbs clean and in good shape, runs great but has a slight bog when you pin the throttle from a dead stop. Is this just normal for a phazer? any ideas??

Turn fuel screws out 1/8 at a time, on top of carbs.
Make sure belt is at least flush with top of sheaves in secondary clutch.

Does blipping the choke on/off cure the problem? If it does, either it still has gunk in one of the pilot jets or like 74Nitro said the fuel screw needs adjusted out a bit. If blipping the choke doesn't help, then look to clutching.

Choke makes it want to die, carbs are spotless, top end is fresh, both clutches were cleaned, all parts inspected and good shape, new shoes in secondary, new springs in both clutches, I actually went with a slightly stiffer spring in the primary, didn't really help much.
