Our aluminum front end kits are the lightest front end kits for any yamaha sled on the market to date. They are made from 6061 aluminum and are heated treated to be stronger then stock! Our kits on the trailing arm style sleds take off over 16 pounds with our skis and over 12 pounds without our skis over stock. Our a-arm style sleds take off over 17 pounds with our skis and 13 pounds without our skis over stock. like I have said, our kits are stronger then the stock front ends, are lighter, and IMO have a much better look to them. These kits are perfect for you mountain guys who are trying to shed every pound off of your sleds. Here are some pictures of what our kits look like. Yes we make kits for xtc. The sway bar kits start at .750 X .049 and go to,.750 x.125. The .049 is a little stiffer than stock, that is the one MR. SLED is using, the one we sell the most of is the .065. If you buy the kit and you would like it a little softer or harder I do free trades, for other sway bars.

wow, you do free trades?!?!!? that is fantastic! I am going to try and sneak away a little $$ this winter and get one, I really LOVE flat handling :) sounds like you are a great guy to deal with too! Eric
 
The kit sell for $1160.00....it includes: alum. trailing arms alum. radius rods, alum tie rods, sway bar kit w/.065 bar rod ends, all hardware, alum spindle made from 7075-T6, and alum.steering arms, plus every part polished to a number 4 mirror finish.
