'03 SXViper Mtn. Head bolt torque sequence/procedure??

Looking for the torque sequence and pattern. Bender Opti-Kool head gasket. Want to check/re-do it to see if it helps with low compression on a newer top end. 237 miles on SPI pistons and rings and low compression on all 3 cylinders.
