Anyone with a 2002 or a 2003 Viper 700 know what colors the head bolts are.

just ordered bran new ones and they are black. The only difference on mine is that the 12 short one have a number on the top of the bolt and the 6 longuer ones have no numbres
What year is your Viper & I know you said you order new ones but you are saying the old header bolts were black. I don't have my machine with me but I thought my 02 Viper had grey head bolts.

mine is a 02. No the new ones are black. I can take pic of old and new one and post them tomorrow if it can help.
They are kind of that black, with the little bit of greenish tint to them, like all Yamaha bolts on the sled.
