2004 viper

Sorry it’s a 2002 viper. I has problems starting all the time. Also hand warmers don’t work all the time and has a buzzing noise in the helmet when you plug in the visor defroster. Can someone lead me in the right direction please?

Welcome to the forum. It sounds like you have a short or the common wire rub threw. This happens when the wire harness chafes on the chassis somewhere until it shorts. Use the search function "wire rub". Alot has been written regarding this very common problem and areas of where to look for repair.
