I think I know he answer, but not certain. Bought this little sled to fix and sell, hoping to make a small profit. Anyway, I took the secondary apart to clean and the shaft and bushings are full of grease. This is wrong? I was told once no clutches should ever have grease in them. Also any easy explanation on installing the secondary spring? I mean how tight to twist it when putting it together? Just past the first ramp or more? Thanks.

should be no grease in clutches at all.
to clock the helix, you should have to twist it to get it to the ramp and they usually want a 60-70 degree preload on it. i usually put it so that i have a hard time to twist it up past the ramps.
