I just cleaned my clutches, everything looks like new. No worn parts anywhere. Installed new belt. Seems like the engagement is coming in a little late at around 4500 rpm? Checked belt clearance and it is approx. .058mm. Have owned since new, no mods around 3000 miles. Last time out I had used a lot of gas, seemed a little boggy out of hole. Wide open rpm's were high but speed seemed lower. Have since cleaned carbs twice. Did the Reed stopper notch mod. Drained tank, new gas. Waiting for snow to test run but on the stand just seems a little late. Starts cold in a couple pulls max. Once warmed up only have to pull it 12" and she is running.
