Hey all, I’m looking to replace the current track on my 02’ Viper. Has 136”’ rail extensions. I believe the track that is on there is 1” lugs, and I’m curious what is the biggest I could put on without making any major modifications in the tunnel/drivers/gearing. Any and all info welcomed and appreciated! Thanks

an 1.25" ripsaw fits with a little trimming to clear the cooler/tunnel protectors. you can let it wear in if you like as we did that on my brothers 02 viper when we extended it to 136". the 1.25" composit would most likely work as well as would an ice ripper with premoulded studs. if you plan on studding it with the taller lug, you would have to drop to 8 tooth drivers to get the correct clearance. 9 tooth was stock.

1.35" x136 Cobra track is a good one and much better if you like doing on / off trail riding. My brother runs 1.25 x136 ripsaw and it's terrible off trail.
Though I believe you need to remove your forward rad protector if your sled is so equipped to run the Cobra.

Loved the cobra on the viper but you do need to remove the protectors
