1999 Venture 500 - Oil Pump leaking

So I have a 1999 Venture 500. I have not ridden it much in the past two years. I noted that I had a large amount of oil in the belly pan and my oil tank was bone dry. I assume that over the summer, it leaked out. I could see some fresh oil on the oil pump exterior. Where could it be leaking? Based on where I see the fresh oil pooled, it isn't coming from the supply hose. Is there a seal or gasket that I can't see on the parts diagram?
