Completed a nice 2 hour local trail ride yesterday afternoon (before dark time) and did another solo 2.5 hour trail ride this morning. Nice and slow speed - just like I usually do. During each outing, I came across broken down sleds. Yesterday was a 2-stroke Polaris and today was a 4-stroke Yamaha. Luckily, they each had a spare belt and had needed tools (like a knife to cut away the previous belt's strings - ouch!) as well....
Reminder to all... Do bring a spare belt and common tools as well. And, extra hat and mitts as well. Luckily these guys did.....
