Just tore apart a 97 phazer ss for a fuel pump and carb rebuild. Installed new choke and throttle cables as well. What i noticed is that the enricher plungers did not seat all the way down in each carb when cables were put back into carbs. The adjusters are sunk all the way in to allow for the most slack. Any tips? Thanks

Can you exchange anything from the old cable/sheath?
I did save the old cable so yes i can. is the plunger supposed to seat all the way down in the carb?
is the pin sliding in all the way?
