Do I have to separate all three cards and remove the throttle shaft to pull the needles. I can't see how to get the slide out. 2001 SRX

Look in TY Tech - good writeups with pics on how to do this. The slides come out the top and the needles are in the slides. Ball end allen wrench works great. Easy to do right on the sled if you want, unless you need to clean them anyway.
