Putting benders on my sons 02 600, I think I have a good starting point for jetting and clutching, but has anyone been running a 600 with benders for a while? SE Minnesota around 750 elevation. Little trail, mostly radar runs is our plan. Also has anyone put 700 33mm carbs on the 600?
In 2000 I put Bender Tripple pipes on my Son's 99 SX and also installed 700 33mm carbs, reed spacers, carbon fibre reeds, removed a head gasket layer ect. The sled ran real strong but I eventually just installed a ported 700 top end on it. Unfortunately I don't have the notes on this anymore, but I do know it worked well.
