power inc pipes clutch setup for 98 MM 700?

hey guys I have a 98 MM 700 and I just installed power inc pipes on it. Runs great until 8000 rpms and she falls her face. I seen the setup for the sx's but not sure if that will be good for a MM? I only trail ride 0-2000ft.. any info would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

That setup should be just fine. I have used same setups between my SX and MM.

Have you swapped the jets on it. and I believe that those pipes have their peak power at 8400rpms

A common issue with the power Inc pipe...if you bought them used. The silencer core will fall out of place in the silencer and block off the exhaust. Might want to check that first before clutch tuning.

Shoot for 8400 rpm. Those pipes like a lot of ramp weight to make them work right.
