Yamaha Viking 540 1990 running one cylinder

Hello!

My Yamaha is weird.. its working only one cylinder and sometimes its working two cylinders. It was making lot of smoking when its not working right.

Im done these things:
New spark plugs and caps
New Fuel filter
New Fuel lines
Fuel pump checked and working?
Compression test ok.
Coil and stator measurement ok
Ignition coil gives good spark both spark plugs
Fuel is new
Flaps checked
Inlet checked
Cleaned carburetor about 5 Times.

Does it run on 2 cylinders when its cold? Then drop one cylinder? when its running one one cylinder put your hand near the exhaust “Y” pipe and determine which cylinder is cold, not firing

when you replace the plugs, does it always run on both cylinders?
