86 phazer no spark

Hello. Got problem with phazer. No spark on both sides. Stator measures right. Was replaced 2years ago. Tried new ignition coil and CDI unit. Tors bypassed. When crancking with starter I do get voltage on orange wire to ignition coil, but no spark. Spark plugs caps 5 ohm measured.
Any suggestions appreciate.

Yes. Checked with multimeter. Main switch, kill switch open loop. I do get voltage on orange wire to ignition coil, but no spark. Also I checked continuity engine to black stator wire and it's good.

Have you checked ignition coil resistance, coil ground, plug wires, plug caps?

Yep. I put new ignition coil. Spark plugs caps 4.9 ohm

good ground to chassis from engine? seen this cause issues on old enticers.
