Okay, I cannot figure this out.
1990s Phazer 2. Rebuilt carbs, all passages clear. Runs on PTO cylinder ONLY. I am also getting a mild electrical shock in the brake lever, so my thought was the spark energy is getting out of the coil or coil wire and into the ground of the engine, which is then zapping me. Makes sense, okay, so I go to one of my other PERFECTLY RUNNING PHAZERS, and take the coil/wires off of it, and transfer it to the project sled. No change.
Here's the real tickler: if I pull the plug and ground it out on the block and crank it over, BOTH CYLINDERS SHOW GREAT SPARK.

Rub through on main harness would be my guess. Pull it out and give it a good going over.
