99 srx bogging

I have a 99 srx that is bogging out and cuts out on acceleration.

Did you clean your carbs? Check your pilots closely and blow them with air. Was told by a really smart man that all srx's need fuel screws at 1.5-1.75 turns out from seated position.

Somebody else had mentioned that tors could cause this is that possible.

loosen up the throttle cable so it has slack in it, see if it fixes it.
