yup.  the one i had like that was an ice ripper that i clipped the  rest as it was not a fully clipped track from factory.  that is what the factory clips looked like.  looks like that is what was done with that one.  the only beef i had with that track was that those clips with the holes would hold water and freeze overnight to the sliders.  cost me a few belts before i learned to flip the sled on it side and pull the track free from the slides.
				
			 
		
		
		
			
			
				
			
		
		
	
					I have also but for some reason its not on all tracks.
				
			I've seen packages of those clips being sold, like a few months ago. I think the holes are there to save rotating mass and possibly to try to catch any snow. I could not use them because they would probably eat into my dupont inserts.
