Hello I'm working on my project I got the seat off and tank out lines are all hard and brittle, plywood on seat just fell out in pieces! Lol well I'm going to replace all this, just need to know the thickness of the plywood and what you guys use for the fuel lines? Thanks guess I'll head to Dennis Kirk today!

Did my fathers ET410II a couple times(Last season installed a new seat cover)and used thin plywood(5mm or 1/4 inch).......coated with green wood preserve stain,let dry and stuck it onto the foam using wood foam adhesive(Lepage 300 brand.. https://www.homedepot.ca/product/lepage-pl-300-295ml-foamboard-adhesive/1000403469)...

oe wood is like panneling thickness. when ever i have to make one again, i tend to use 3/8" plywood. have some going on 10 years since i did them with no issue. meanwhile the oe seat i bought for my et410t needs wood already at less than 5 years old.
