I just completed mounting a Pro Action rear suspension in a 1981 Bravo. I am now trying to figure out the drive axle. The specs on the "Stock" Bravo track shows the pitch at 2.52, is that correct? I dont have the stock track. Has anyone done this swap, i need some guidance on the drive wheels

need to know witch model bravo it is or if it has been converted to hex shaft as the square ones are obslete.
this is from the 4 stroke side from a bravo owners thread in the general area about this issue.
I've got one here in shop with torn track. Tracks with 3.29 pitch are obsolete so working on a driver conversion kit which switches it to a 2.52 pitch. Kimpex used to make 2.52 drivers for the square shaft but those are obsolete also. If project works out I plan to offer them for sale so bravo owners can inexpensively upgrade the track.

i am going to fab and machine a new axle. After looking at the Bravo axle next to a Pro Action axle it won't be that difficult. My Bravo is NOT a 2.52 pitch it is a 3.29

i made a new axle by piecing a Bravo axle with a Pro Action axle. Came out perfect. Got the sled back together and extended the tunnel. The sled rides fantastic. Even with the leaf spring front and 11 inches in the rear.
