I am lost on what to try next I have replaced stator cleaned carbs twice replaced plugs and wires replaced the power valve servo motor and cleaned and adjusted power valves. The sled starts easy and idols nice but will not rev past 4000 rpm it bogs down and holds the bog and help is very much appreciated

Have you tried bypassing TORS? Two bullet connectors that unplug, turn them around and plug the wires into themselves. If this fixes it you know you have a TORS issue to fix. You should not bypass it permanently as that is what prevents the sled from going on a ghost ride when your throttle gets stuck.

Check your compression.
Also I had a similar issue way back with my 2002 SRX engine not accelerating past @4000. It turned out to be my heated visor plug, that I installed on the sled, wire's had chaffed and power wire was shorting to ground.
The 98 SRXs are infamous for wire harness rub throughs especially under the engine.
