01 Venture Replacement Hand Warmers?

Hey all, has anybody found a good way to replace the passenger hand warmers on an older venture? The ones on there have a zipper so it can wrap around the grip and zip together.

I can’t find anything New that would install like this. Use standard hand warmers and wrap with leather or something?
