Do my mono templates work on a 136?

Hey everyone! Still making and shipping out the occasional monoshock template. I've only done a 121 swap myself, but wondering if the 136 uses the same mounting points. Had anyone used my template for a136, or does anyone know if the mounting points are the same? Thanks!

I believe they all have same mounting points, but if you send me some dimensions I can check the sleds I have.
