I do! I have finally have gotten a decent clutch setup. Wasn't getting the top speed I thought I should so I gave magic a call. Top speed before was 114-116 on speedo, now it's 122-124mph. 23-37 gears. Heres the set-up, 45-39 haulk helix, yami silver secondary @80-90 twist, haulk orange primary spring, 14.5 rollers (stock viper), ABU-10's with .8 center, 3.1 tip. Cpr pipes, cylinder porting, carbon tech ht reeds with spacers, mega power heads, 9100-9200RPM. This baby rocks! My friend has a 800 skidoo, and we ran staight up before the change. After the change we still are even to about 80, then he's history BIGTIME. Thanks SRXMAGIC!
NO PROBLEM. KEEP PUTTING THOSE SKI-DOO GUYS ON THE TRAILER.

Guys what is the rate of the Hauck Orange spring? I take it that the spring is stiffer to slow the upshift & keep the sled building speed? What is the profile of the ABU-10's? Heavy on the bottom or top? I have never played with the ABU's & like to hear about other setups. Thanks Bushman
Hauck Orange, 55-136. 8bu-10 Heavy On The Tip,more For Topend.
This Weight Works Well On Piped Vipers.

Magic thanks for the info, Maybe some day I will be able to try it on one of the sleds. Abu's was on the first post but Skidooboy runs the 8bu's with a little more helix also & it does run on the big end. Have a Great weekend guys! Bushman

Matt,
Noticed that with alot of twist(90*) and not alot of helix angle, The rpms stay kinda high cruising, but thats good for ported motors, it keeps you "on the pipe" so when you blast it out of the corner it pulls instantly to 9100rpm and rips. When you get out on the ice it creeps up from 110-120. I do believe for drag racing you may need just a little more initial angle 47-41 helix might be good? Oh yea I was out this weekend and smoked a FUSION 900, not a problem! I would use the haulk helixes they are coated and seem to be cut a little different. I wouldn't gear down with this setup I think it's designed to run with taller gears, Am I right on that magic?
