1980 SR 250

So I have myself an 1980 Yamaha sr250 and I'm getting ready to go threw it for the upcoming season.

I seem to be having carburator issues (fuel puddles and stained the engine below the carb) which got me to wondering if anyone has swapped out these carburators for anything else that performs better or anything if that sort.

Are you talking about the road bike or did you mean ET250 as in Enticer?

Just saw that you are in the the motorcycle section. I don't have knowledge of that bike.

Never heard of an ET 250... No I'm referring to an SR250 exciter....... interesting they are so closely named tho.
