1995 Vmax 600 front skid bolts blocked by footrests

I was considering dropping the skid out of my 95 Vmax 600 and noticed that the front bolts are blocked by the footrests. Has anybody ever seen this? If so, how do I get them out?

it looks like the bolts are already loose and have walked up in the tunnel. from pic it looks like they are supposed to be under the foot wells.

Based on this grainy image from the Yamaha manual and using the tunnel rivets as a guide, it seems that the bolt is in the correct spot but the foot rests are not?

With help from a friend, I have figured this out. As it turns out, somebody installed a skid from a 96 Vmax 600 XT with the Proaction Plus suspension. It appears that this person drilled all new holes in the tunnel to make this installation possible. I find it amazing that this person got all the holes to line up! And I'm still dumbfounded that they got those two front bolts in considering their proximity to the foot rests. So I'll leave it alone for now. Maybe I'll just unload this sled if it ever needs a track rather than figure out how to remove those two front bolts
