Well I'm about at my wits end! Any ideas I've done everything but replaced impulse line
99 max 500 sx, carb floats set, new pump, still no gas to carbs for go, impulse line next.

did you put a little gas in the cylinders to force it to prime?
You could check the fuel tank pickup in the tank. Remove the fuel feed from the fuel tank to the pump at the pump then blow in the tank and see if fuel flows out of the line.
First though, as MrSled says, put fuel in the cylinders and get it to run a bit...they can be very stubborn to pump fuel.

Yes, it runs until gas burns up, gas did come out and through pump, was fuel in lines but only way for sled to run was priming plug holes, I wonder if I have a blocked vent tube or crank seal?

I replaced in tank filter ""one-way" screened, line, new pump, new impulse line and new 6mm yammys fuel line too, compression was 118 118, blue spark too!
Is the carbs floats sticking and not allowing the fuel to fill bowls? Inlet needles new?
Go back over your installation process on the fuel pump ect and make sure the lines are installed in the correct locations. Ensure all hoses are secure and not sucking air...pay special attention to the pulse line.
I would remove carbs again and check all passages. Remove the float needle seat and check for obstruction and if they have the little "Top Hat" filters under the needle seat discard them.
If everything checks okay and it still wont pump fuel I would try a different fuel pump and if that doesnt work you probably have badly leaking crank seals.
