Sx Viper clutching

So no luck with the roller clutch setup. So I put the secondary back together with the new green spring and 60 degrees of preload. I'm not smelling the belt as much but still seems a little lazy initially engaging.. after it engages it seems pretty normal. Seems to be responsive. Just initially taking off seems less than normal. The engine mounts seem tight and it doesn't appear the engine is moving to much. The belt sits near flush at the top of the secondary. I would think it should sit up about an 1/8"
Also not sure if the washer configuration is correct. There wasn't a washer behind the secondary.. isn't there supposed to be? There's a pile of them in the front behind the bolt. It is the correct gates belt. And it's new.
