We all get cought up in the Marketing hype of newer, bigger, faster, and flashier.
Having been in the sport for more decades then I care to remember I have to say there have been a few sleds that were awesome for their time and intended use that slipped under the mainstream radar.
This IMO is one of them.
I picked this 2002 600 VMAX ER up for my wife many years ago and it has been flawless, reliable, comfortable, and my wife loves it. My wife always liked and was comfortable riding one our boys 600SX and when they moved on and took their sleds she never liked having to ride either my Apex or Sidewinder.
This 600 has ensured my wife still enjoys to go snowmobiling with confidence in the sled and her ability to control and manage her sled.
For me...the sled is relatively light, reliable , and easy to repair...if it ever needs it!
