Looking to figure out what the width is of the stock bars from outside to outside of the grips from a 79 Enticer 300/340.
I’m sure that generation of sleds all have the same bars.
Mine have always seemed bent inward and too narrow and don’t want to overbend them back.

i will have to look when i get home. you are in luck that the 79 et340 is on the lift atm.
What does yours measure now? My 82 is 22 3/4" outside of grip to outside of grip. My 83 is 24". Somehow in the back of whats left of my mind, seems like I changed bars on the 83 due to the kids hitting the tether or key while turning. 83 has heated grips, 82 doesnt.
Just measured a 78 et250 and a 1980.

Excellent, thanks for that. My machine is at the cottage and I forgot to measure. I’m sure they’re narrower than 24” though.
I’ll bend them back to that 24” width.

we started doing the mod they did on the later bravo sleds and added the cross bar to help stop the bending.
