Just picked up an 02 Viper, previous owner no longer around so have to do some research etc. Was from Colorado and jetted for 9000 ish i think. 6 gallons of brackish looking (what i think used to be gas) nasty stuff in the tank, so cleaning all that out. Sat for 3 years I think.

It's a long track, 151 x2

Will be ridden now at 4000-6000 western Montana.
SLP pipes, with a Peak Head. 120psi across all three. I can't find any info on the head.

SLP is sending me jetting recommendations but curious is 120 psi is going to alter their chart numbers?
Currently has: PTO 145/145/143.5 Mag

Clutch, can't find anything on this Roller either. Any help would be awesome and appreciated and worth a beer.

Take the roller add off if its the one that didnt require machining for the install. If it did require machining, shelf it cuz its pretty and find yourself a stocker. The lack of helix options and anyone with tuning knowledge far outweighs the stock option. I learned the hard way and have a few aftermarkets boxed up. Way more tuning info with stock stuff. You can always get in touch with mtn perf and see if anyone is still there from buy out years back when Max sold out, often times you can find that straggler hanging about but no tuning or parts.

Did a little reverse engineering last night. Pulled the secondary and it looks like they followed the SLP clutch setting recommendations for 9K+ for a stock setup.

I'm just going to follow that chart for my elevation and swap out the Silver for a Green and degree change.

Have Jets on the way, needles will stay as they are, will fine tune the screws and maybe this weekend I can get this turd running.

Since I'm not 100% sure about the compression (120psi) I'll throw in some 110 just to be safe on the initial startup and testing.
