Give me one good reason I cannot change the bearing behind the secondary without opening the chaincase?
as long as its not stuck on the out bearing race or the inner bear race is not stuck on the shaft.
Seems like I found a problem, the bearing holder seems to be inside of the frame, so I can't push the outer half out of the way
Depending on what sled, that inner portion is riveted on. I have had to remove a few for different situations other than a shortcut. Those rivets are hard, but easily ground down and then punched out, assessible from the clutch side of the bulkhead. If memory serves correctly, no need to re-rivet as the through bolts lines things back up.
