What is the Stock Oil Pump setting -02 SRX

What is the stock oil pump setting and can I go to 23mm safely as others have recommended? I am using Amsoil synthetic.

I lost the manual and cant find the information on the Tech pages.

Assume it is likely 21mm +/1.
