Want straighter bars for SRX. Any recommendations?


i bought a set of used moose off road bars, and put a 1 inch riser on my 01 srx. looks and feels great!!! i have a pic of them if interested how they look
 
i posted a similar question this fall. i guess the sxr bars are straiter.. someone had soem for $15 !!! and I never followed through due to getting new grips etc.

but i would like them as well
 
make sure your bars aren't stronger than your collum.
I made that mistake
Its not cheap to change the collum.
 
the stock bars are a U with little wings, after bending them in a role, I replaced with powermad bars with a little brace closing the top of the U, they were also a bit wider, I liked that. Next role (2 years later, very easy) put my hand on the bar to reach down and restart, gave a little pop, and that was it. tried fixing the colum many times, never lasted, ended up doing an insurance claim. the bill was more than 1500, I think a lot more. everything has to come out to change the collum.
 
FLY Aero Tapers. They make several different bends from straight flat, sno-pro copies, and high rise free ride. Most comfortable bars I have found.

Just remember that you will have to run a 1 1/8" adaptor or riser.
