Poor Man's port job

Can you guys refresh my memory on what is needed to be done to a 99 SRX for the ol poor man's port job? I remember a different base gasket and cut the head, but I can't remember specs for sure. Thanks Guys!!

Add 2 extra base gaskets for a total of 3 & cut the heads 25 thou...30 thou if you allways get good gas.
