Piston melted on Exhaust side

Piston literally melted on the exhaust side. Well, it melted to the first ring anyway. Small melt hole where the plus is also. It was also squeaky clean looking on the top. Maybe bad gas (water in gas)? But the other piston looks good. I can take a picture is someone wants to see it.

lean burn....yes benn there...be sure to check for air leaks or cracks in ur carb flanges..the rubber ones....u mightve popped the carb a bit loose or as usual its the case of the lean jet....
