My friends grandpa just traded in his 2000 vmax 700 delux with 19,500 miles on it, and the engine was never touched

96xt - Speedo says over 8000 miles and it's got about another 1000 or so, so close to 9000 miles and not too much trouble. Heck, I just put pipes on this year!

3400 miles on my 97 600 XTC.... speedo quit working last time out, so add another 50-100 miles....and the clutch needs to be rebuilt... dammit.

Sold my 94 600 v max deluxe with 18000 km on it two years ago. Never had an engine failure or any breakdowns at all in the 5 years we had it. Just did the regular slides, brakes, rollers, weights etc. What more could you sak for. My buddy had a 95 500 with over 14k and still had the original battery that worked when they traded it in. Also borrowed a 98 700 Venture last year for the weekend that had 45000 km and still going strong, engine has never been open!

9000 miles on mine. Pulled the head last week to do the head gasket mod and the cylinders were still mint. Factory cross hatch pattern was still there.

Just over 8000 miles on my 2000 Vmax, not bad for a weekend warrior, no engine problems, knock on wood.
I just put on Viper shocks, should act like a new sled to me. Heading to the Keweenaw, can't wait to try them out.

Coming up on 4500 on the 01 500. Can't wait to save up a couple bucks to get a new 600 top end. Just did clutching, carbon fiber reeds, reed spacers, and an MBRP Can.

did you notice any gains with the carbon fiber reeds? I usually get mixed replies on this...
