Slides wearing weird

Hey guys I just upgraded my 97 700 sx with viper shocks about a month ago, at the same time I put new slides on it, On the first trip with the new slides, they wore really bad, and really fast at the very end (in the rear) about a 4 inch section wore almost completly down, but the rest of the slides barely wore down at all. Anybody know why? Track to tight?

try increasing your center preload and letting out your limiters a little bit to take some of the weight off of the very rear of the skid.
