I ordered a partial set brand new from Yamaha just this fall for my STX, actually they look the same as the exciters and SRX's so they shouldn't be too hard to find...........

hey marty ive got a set of hinges as well as the bumper off of a 78 exciter. im trying to sell the bumper as well as the hinges and the rear mounts off of the bumper too. if you just want the hinges i would be more than willing to seperate them from the bumper. let me know i believe that they are the same as the ones for your stx. my e mail is maxx0770@yahoo.com thanks jeff
