Put an EMGO tether on my 01' srx last night and it didn't work. I have one black wire and one white coming off of the tether. What do I need to tap into to make it all work. I'm a novice when it comes to wiring and my uncle is very good at it and he couldn't even figure it out. HELP!!
Well you can hook it into the wiring harness going to the key switch or to the kill switch up under the handle bar pad.
triangle shaped plug under the handle bar pad. Three wires in it. Don't use the black/yellow striped on. I think you want the black/white, and the brown, but it might be black. Can't remember for sure. I've done 4 of them this way.
