I have an O2 Viper with stock Primary and Secondary that have been messed around with by previous owner. I have a brand new belt. the sled is over reving bad.. Just wonder what and how I should get it back into the power ban. ??

check if the springs are stock, maybe he put a stronger primary spring in there. That is a pretty nasty overrev. Maybe something is binding up in there. Get the stock specs for it (they are on the tech pages) and compare what you have.

more weight in the primary and a softer total force primary spring will lower operating rpms. stiffer spring= higher engagement and higher rpms. just wanted to further explain 22's point. ski
