Installed my new c+a 7in skis, now it seems as the back of the track is up a bit in the back. Whats the cure for this? Darting isnt an issue,. Im running long travel shocks and would tightening my straps solve this, or is this an issue at all. One other question, on hard acceleration, it seems like my track is smacking the tunnel in rear, doesnt seem to bottom on jumps, but when it hooks hard i feel something in the back, not ratcheting, btw 11/4 track. Thanks.

the reason the back is off the ground a little is because the C&A's have a lower saddle height than the stockers. You could leave it how it is, it would probably make it corner and transfer awesome, but if the back being off the ground a little really bothers you, there are a couple things you could do. You could pull up the limiters/loosen the center spring somewhat so the suspension sits flat. You could tighten up the front preloads to raise the front, which will lower the rear some. You could also get smaller spacers for the bottoms of the control rods, so that the rear of the skid is allowed to extend a little farther, making it reach the ground. Like i said, personally i would try it how it is.

i just did something like this on my sxr. we took off stock skis and put on viper skis. all we did was suck up the front limiter 10mm (used the wrench as the guide) worked great. just do yourself a favor if it darts and do the ski shim trick listed in the tec pages. i am also running a ripsaw.
