well the weather i s melting up here now, rode the piper today and would load up bad in midrange,it did it in colder to but have remote fuel screw turned into 3/4 turn helped iut, it has 160-160-162.5, mains seem to be fine as it runs good to the pin, 47.5-47.5 and 50 pilot, pto and mid are in tock clip position and mag is in 4 with both on bottom ,tal;kefd to jeff at cpr a while ago and that ids what he suggested to run, he said to adjust pto and centr to 3 and leave the mag in the number 4, my sled has the head mod done also, any suggestions what would be the next step,i think he set me up rich for our great canadian fuel eh

I would drop down one size on all the pilots. I have ran 45,45,47.5 all the time with no problems, I have ran the setup you have and had the same problem. Lowered the pilots and it helped out alot.

PTO - MAG

Pilots - 45, 45, 47.5

Needles - #4 with 2 washer on top, #4 with 2 washer on top, #4 with 2 washer on bottom

Mains - 160, 162.5, 162.5

This setup gave me 10 mpg. I have gone a little leaner on the needles to help out mileage, but would not do so unless you have EGT guages.
