How is the SRX piped viper doing this year? Haven't heard much of late. Have you got all the bugs worked out, or still playing around? I'm going to give the SLP/SRX cdi box a try to see how the pipe, and motor temps react, and also to see if i can then lean it down in the mid range for better fuel mileage with out giving up reliablity. sled is going good other than the cylinders that i have banged up in the process. i need to have cylinders replated now. as for the rest it works good. havent riden it much for a fuel milage test yet. only 300 mls on it this year. will be riding this sunday and check the milage. i am running all stock srx jetting in the carbs now.

this sled will be for sale at the end of the season if anyone wants to have a black 02viper with srx heads, cdi, carbs, pipes, viper s skis, crome front end, srx short travel clickers or ohlins long travel non clickers or new viper kyb shocks, srx seat foam, custom handlebars, shapper bars, 192carbides, updated shocks, bearings in the front shock, all bushings shimmed, all pivots have grease fittings. 4000 you plate the cylinders, 4500 if i do it

so after all your testing what maching was the best results for you srx heads for trail performance.Did you use viper gasket or srx o-rings.By chance do you have 3 heads and water manifold from a srx for sell.

im keeping all the srx heads i machined. i have 22cc heads cut to 17deg. im at 130-135 with .052 sqish. on a good motor this would be higher. last year on a good motor this gave me 135 with one extra gasket and .062squish. i need some plating.

dont use the srx water rail if you use the heads. they dont work correctly or fit good.
use a megapower rail.
