Every second time that I spin the track i get a growl or slight vibration when I continue to drive it. If I stop and start or stop, backup and start it goes away. Could I have an issue with alignment?

yes..of course you could have an issue with alignment or track tension...
I'd take the belt off and get it up in the air....rotate the track about 3 or 4 times...watch for track movement either way and adjust accordingly...after adjusting keep rotating to ensure track stays centered...
as to tension....if the tracks is too loose your growl could be from rubbing on the protectors especially if out of alignment

I'll bet the track is a little loose...my old Arctic Crap would derail cause I didn't have a properly placed third wheel...and right before it derailed it growled and bound up. Or it could be to tight...have you burned through alot of hyfax?

I discovered what the growl was last night. The rear flap is getting stuck in the track. Like my grandmother always said " You're a nice fella but you're not the sharpest knife in the drawer."
