Ok I think my temp sensor is on the way out the door. I have a temp gauge on the sled and when it hits 180 the temp light comes on... That is low isn't it? Seems like the sensor is not up to snuff.. Or am I over heating.. The sled normal runs at about 150. Hard pack it gets to 180 over a long rail bed run.

I wouldn't start to worry untill it hits the 200 degree mark. My SRX has some slight motor mods and I run 180 - 190 all day with no problems. I have a racepack udx dash and reprogramed it to turn the warning light on at 200 degrees instaed of 180. Not sure what gauge you're using though.

Its just an auto temp guage I hooked into the hose going to the head right before the stock head temp sensor.
