picked up a 98 phazer that needs a serious bore job. Does anyone know if there are pistons available larger than the 73.5mm (wiseco #2310m07350)?
I may have to resleve... but thought I'd ask. :o|

There used to be a guy in New Mexico that sold 550 overbore kits for them, but he's long gone now.

If you decide to sleeve it, I've got a brand new set of std size wisecos that I'd like to get out of the garage.

I'm a wiseco dealer and 73.5mm is the biggest offered. I called them and asked if they had anything "in the backroom".

Why not get some stock cylinders from EBAY or TY and bore 1st over?? You'll be fresh and it should be cheaper than buying a sleeve, the labor, and possible shipping.

What the heck are you doing to your poor machine to need 4 overbores on a '98????

yea i would definately consider getting new cylinders for that bad boy, going to be cheaper
