2002 Viper with 136 USA extension 136 x 1-1/2 9 tooth drivers
how deep can I go with 8 tooth drivers?
can or should I relocate the skid to go to 144???
 
144 if your a mad powder hound, the 136 is kind of a half way in between type thing. If you eat powder for breakfast, throw that 144 on there. You should be able to get quite a bit of rubber height on there with 8 tooth drivers, but any real powder hound will tell you that at a certain point, there is a lot more benefit from extending than just adding more height, because more height doesn't give you more flotation, just push.
 
Well doesnt it take push to go up hill? the more I ride out west the MORE I NEED
want to use every bit of power the Viper can make!
 
Do what I do....Keep the 136 for Iowa and buy a real mountain sled for out west. ===SRXSRULE===

what did you order? Apex mountain?? 162 x 16 x2.25 ??

Yes I ordered a Blue Apex Mt and your right on the track its a 162x16x2.25. the guys that have rode it say it feels like a 151 on the trail with the tipped up rails. Should be fun....and should be paided off by next weekend! I hate making payments on sleds. ===SRXSRULE===
