Just finished up putting the sleds away :( Trailers going to storage tomorrow, The deppresion is setting in! 4 trips and 3800 miles this year so not to bad. Anyone else done for the year?
 

yep, but a nice little 150mile trip on the SX-R yeterday. The trails are getting bare but there is still 3+ feet of snow in woods (really sucks, too much bare dirt but too much snow to take the 4 wheeler out)
 
Same depression here. Compounded by a crappy winter to begin with. Deal with it like I am, put the sleds away and go buy a dirtbike. Pricing YZ125's this weekend (and PW50's for the wee one). Have to get some seat time one way or another!
 
just got back, tugg hill still has alot of snow, but some bare spots and lots of bumps. prolly gonna clean out the garage this weekend to put the sleds away. 1100 miles on the viper and 702 on the vector. can't really complain.

how many more days TILL winter???????
 
My last ride was on the 12th, and while the last ride is usually a bittersweet one this year's was especially pleasurable. After I blew my sled up I had no reason to hope I'd ride again this season, but a friend offered to let me ride his backup. So, yeah, it's the end, but I sure was happy to get that one last ride in!
 
I was going to go tomorrow, planned on about a 180 miles, but the snow went south of us, so it's the world of wheels instead and if we get a couple of inches during the week i will try to go then, but i think it's done. 8 weeks until fishing season - then the snowmobile will be a distant memory.......
 
Woolyviper.....thanks for the snow :) Driving to the MN/IA boarder in the AM. 19-24" in alot of places.....oh yeah! Though last weekend was my last ride but just couldnt pass-up that much snow only 100 miles north. Oh yeah, We never had a season down here.....Texas got more snow this year. Go figure. ===SRXSRULE===
 
Get an early start on the mods for next season. May get one more run in on the west coast of the island into the Lewis hills. The snow is there untill the end of May.
 
It's over for me too. Dragging the YZ to the front of the garage tomorrow afternoon. Changing tires and heading for Oklahoma on Tuesday for some MX riding for 4-5 days. it's pure dirt from now until October.
 
well after missing the season by rolling my truck on the hiway my doctor finally gives me a clean bill of health. so will be taking the srx out for it's 1st & last run of the year up north in val d'or .One full week of pure stress releif!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
After school friday my buddy and I got 100 on and then I'm going with my uncle and his buddies for a final ride today. looking at mabey 200. final weekend up here in northcentral WI.
 
Season never got started for me. Took one trip to the Snowy Range and ended up with 150 miles on my SRX780. Got more miles on my new 05 R1 that I picked up 3 weeks ago.
 
Well wouldn't you know it, Friday morning I put the sled and trailer away for the year, and about 4 P.M I get a phone call and Im back at the storage place and on the road by 5:30, and in Adams, WI by 9:30, put 230 mi on saturday. Maybe I should have put the sled away 3 months ago! And we would have gotten some decent snow! That brings my total Miles to almost 4000 for the year! And the sled rolled to 10000 Miles!



Sledding is an illness with no cure..

At 900 for the year, which is slightly disaapointing, and looking to head up north one last time for some back woods riding. It should be pretty good. Just got around a foot of fresh stuff and more on the way this week. I gotta do it even if it's a mud run...lol
 
Season still on here

I have a month of riding time left here. This is one of the advantages of living so far up in the north.

Not too many km`s ( 1500 ) yet but week from now we`ll be heading to our cottage for a week of riding and fun. :WayCool: The best weather is just coming. Only week ago we had -30c weather, so snow haven`t really started melting yet...

Here are pics of a drag racing what we hade here last saturday. Our clubs own little race. I ran my MMax 800.
 
Last weekend was my last trip, great trip, 700+ miles total, and did a 360 mile day. Go in for the ACL surgery tomorrow, otherwise i would be up there right now as well. Wish me luck
